The Bach-Chor at the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church in Berlin has preserved a unique tradition. For over 45 years, the choir has presented a Bach cantata every fourteen days in the context of a church service. These performances make the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Memorial-Church one of the few places in the world where the complete cycle of cantatas by Johann Sebastian Bach can be regularly heard and experienced in their liturgical context.
