The cantata performances of the Bach Choir and Bach Collegium provide a regular platform for students to establish themselves in their future profession. In the context of cooperation with the School of Music Hanns Eisler and the University of Arts, advanced students of choral and orchestral conducting as well as singing get the opportunity to perform in a professional setting.

These “university cantatas” take place twice a year and enjoy great popularity with the students, the choir, and the cantata audience.
